Scope of Services 
Aspire Academy provides coaching, workshops, and personal development services. These services are not therapy or formal education.

Contract Formation 
A contract is formed when a booking is confirmed, payment is made, or an offer is accepted in writing.

Payment Terms 
Payments are due in accordance with the agreed terms specified in the individual offer or invoice.

For private clients (B2C), payment is generally required in advance via bank transfer or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed.

For business clients (B2B), payment terms may differ and are typically based on invoicing with a specified payment deadline.

All payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe stated on the invoice. In case of late payment, the provider reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

For larger corporate engagements, individual payment arrangements may be agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation Policy 
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Liability 
Liability is limited to cases of gross negligence or intent.

Confidentiality 
All information shared during coaching sessions is treated confidentially.

Governing Law 
German law applies.
