My approach goes beyond traditional coaching because it’s grounded in lived experience. I learned resilience through the loss of my son, Jonas while still having to lead, decide, and function in a world that didn’t pause.
I understand what pressure does to the mind and nervous system. I know how clarity fades, confidence drops, and how hard it is to keep showing up when life feels overwhelming.
This is why I studied NLP, neuroscience, and positive psychology to transform what carried me through into a framework that strengthens people and organisations from the inside out.
